Now, in collaboration with ITAAP, the Government of AP is launching a Train & Hire Program “Industry Specific Training Program (ISTP)” to train the youth and place them in the IT field.

In addition to providing skilled manpower to the IT Industry in AP, this program creates a talent pool that attracts big IT companies to AP.

In this program, the government of AP provides free IT training and places the youth with decent salaries in the IT industry.

The ISTP & IT ITes Job Fair has been organized by APSSDC and the AP Government to provide IT job opportunities for youth. In this program, 30+ IT companies will offer more than 1000 jobs.

Skill AP ISTP & IT/ITes Job Fair Jan 2022

ITAAP and the Government of AP have opened the registration link for the Skill AP program 2022. Youth will be trained under this program and placed in the IT industry.

The government of AP offers free training as part of this program, as well as placements in the IT industry with a decent salary package.

AP ISTP & IT/ITes Job Fair Jan 2022

• The job fair is open to graduates of 2017/2018/2019/2020/2021.
• From 27th Dec 2021 onwards, an online screening test (ISTP screening test) will be offered. Registered students will receive the exam details by email.
• Shortlisted candidates will be given an opportunity to apply/choose companies participating in the Job Fair after the screening test is completed. The companies that hire them will further screen the candidates.
• Short-listed candidates in the ISTP Screening who are not selected by companies will be eligible to enter the ISTP Hire & Train Program that begins on 19th January 2022.
• The ISTP program graduates will be hired by companies with a decent package at the end of the program.
